Feist is winner of Shortlist Prize
Canadian singer-songwriter Fice has north Korean won the 2007 Shortlist Trophy in the US for her record album 'The Reminder'.
Billboard reports that the judging dialog box for the prestigious awarding included C. P. Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody and the Killers' Ronnie Vannucci.
Cat Power's 'The Greatest' was the winner finis year; previous winners include TV on the Wireless, Damien Rice, NERD and Sigur Ros.
